Fertilzer is a good idea as it will help the plants grow a strong root system and grip tighter. Plus you'll always love the ever extending network of Java Moss, if you ever got some. Make sure your supplements have Iron in them, one of the most important components. Why not add Java Fern eh?

By the way, I too have never seen acrylic tanks in lfs for sale.

The tank was $3400AUD with polished edges all round.

Custom made by a guy named shing, top bloke. Cheapest tank builder in Victoria by far. I had quotes of up to $9000!
