nice score Evz, hope she grows to be a stunner, whole tank looks great, mind if I ask for a few details about it, such as entire stocklist, full tank shot, etc. On the plecos + scaleless fish, I had my 2.5 inch BN plec stress a 1.5 inch Pakistani loach, and the loach died because the plec sucked his slime, which made the loach freak and crush itself by crashing inside a hide, which led to death, so I would be careful. One thing that really intrigues me about rays is their hunger for brains, so you may wanna feed whole fish which contain brain. Don't know where the thread is, but if you follow Monsterminis signature you should get there.

Rays don't have a special hunger for brains. They just get hungry.

I had a green Phantom in with my rays until I held a bass for someone and it ate it. Dang stupid bass. The pleco was just fine and didnt bother the rays and the rays didnt bother the pleco. I still have a high fin pleco in with my rays and it has no problems. Wish I had a large albino to go in the tank. Would be cool. Dont worry about the pleco unless you later see an issue.

None of my rays have ever had a hunger for brains. They mainly had a hunger for black worms and smaller tankmates. :)

+1 my rays live with some bn plecs and a big common plec. They ignore eachother.

When my rays eat a fish they catch they leave nothing but the skin and fins. I do find they start biting at the gill area to kill the fish and usually from there take the head clean off. I think that is what most people see and since they find the ray mid eating they stop before the ray has the chance to finish what it started.
I find my rays are like my dog if they are doing something they shouldn't be doing and I come down to the side of the tank they stop what they were doing. Like fighting with each other, etc. Just my personal observations of my rays with fish large and small. Moon light blue led is still the key I run one 24/7
