Im fairly new to the hobby and currently have a 55 gal tank with a black arrowana and some bichirs just wanted to get some input on general care or any other interesting information i should know thanks in advance.

Wow, nice fish for a beginner. Try to make it a habit to do reg. water changes weekly and your fish will out grow that 55 g tank in months to come. No joke. So yes that means looking for a place to park that larger aquarium that you have to buy in your house. I like larger tanks in every room

haha yea im alrdy looking for a new tank hes a little sucker though prob bout 3-4 inches so i think i got some time right. thanks for all the info one more thing though does anyone know if he can live with a tat about the same size or will they fight?
