Good News! It was suffering from dry gasket syndrome. In my case it was dry rubber hose syndrome. I fired it up today and no leaks. I only drove it to the street and ran it for another 20 minutes and no leaks. I'll start it up in the next day or two for about 20 minutes then on the following day I'll drive it around the neighborhood.
That is good news....and good luck.

That makes me think of this.

In hot weather, there is only so much clothing you can take off before you go to jail.
I try telling my friends this every winter, they all sook that it's "too cold" and every time I'm like "at least you can rug up! There's only so much you can take off before it becomes illegal to leave your house, and even if you're happy to stay indoors, naked on a hot day, what are you going to do when you're butt naked and still sweating like a pig?" People don't seem to understand the concept of 'rugging up'

The weather here is silly, we get four seasons in a day most days

been a crazy 2 weeks in the pacific north west and still going on. low pressure camped of the Canadian coast just spinning. we get snow, rain, snow, snow, rain, snow, snowrain. and hail. makes work a pain keeping the roads open.
