Gotta love the sense of justice of some convicts.I have no sympathy at all for fogle but it almost amuses me when you have a bunch of rapists,kidnappers and murderers passing judgement on another criminal..

Oh yeah. Crimes against "children" will surely get you killed in there. I bet he is killed in there.

Their sense of justice is crazy but imo rape or kid touching cant be justified but murder and robbery are another story not condoning it but there a situations where anyone would/could kill over. The sad thing is that the kid toucher is going to be under all sorts of protective custody

Yep and I'm willing to bet that the heads of a few staff members are going to roll because of what happened.

I dowt that. you can not put that many folks in prison and expect to be able to never have them come in contact with each other. He was not shived, just punched a few times.

Thats a fact !
Also those staff mbers will probably be sued by the family. The state will end up covering them financially but they will be disciplined and in the end the tax payers will foot the bill

It's sad how suing has become a national pastime now.

I wish you were right. No way arround. If said inmate was under a certain classification for his crime (which he had to be it was a sex crime) they are definitely getting in trouble, not fired but they definitely will have wished they called in sick that day

Yeah it is sad. But its the state/city governments fault. 9 out of 10 law suits get settled before trial. The crooks know that they'll get some easy money

Yup they are definitely getting reprimanded. Probably get a few vacation days taken away too. Not fired because more than likely its written into their contract and the inmant wasnt severely or permanently injured so no gross neglect of their duties
