dude is handing out watermelon
Hello; A reply came to mind about watermelon so I used the Quote function. Shortly after I decided my original idea for a reply might not be such a good idea.

I wanted to unquote so I right clicked on the "insert quotes" button. I then clicked on the inspect element button. A couple of screens popped up. Might be of interest to those of you who know about computers. had very little meaning to me.

I'm more interested in what that original idea of yours was.....

Hello ;I sent a PM to krichardson. Do you know how I can include you in that conversation as well? I can sent it to you in a separate PM if not.
I believe it has to be done at the the start when you say who you want to inclsude

Being fat isn't supposed to be a "glam up" tactic or a hashtag for you to get more people to view your selfie. It's a disease plain and simple. There's no excuse to be that overweight with today's technology. It's a choice to be that fat except for a few medical conditions.
ok so this just happened at work haha.

A really weird dude is handing out watermelon for this whole "womens day" thing, looks right at me and my team member and goes "I'd offer you some but you aren't woman"

does that NOT defeat the entire purpose of wanting equality of the genders? And also why is he handing out watermelon to the women who showed up to work clearly not supporting this entire silly protest?
I would've said I identify as a woman just to get free food.

Not everyone has access to real good meals and gym services or information regarding that. Some people are more prone to obesity than others genetically. Not an excuse for everyone but not everyones lifestyle or income makes it easy to maintain a healthy weight

Hello; All true what you say. To my question of media or other influence on the more current attitudes about "normalizing" an unhealthy weight. Any thoughts?

If you want something you can get something. You don't have to be rich to eat right. And you're certainly spending quite a bit on food if you're looking like a mountain of mashed potatoes. You don't need a gym to workout, in the inner cities I've seen people doing farmers carries on the sidewalk with dumbells that look like they survived the apocalypse. I hate the mentality that "it's genetics" I can't change that. You certainly can if you work hard enough and long enough. It's amazing how the people I lifted with at four am were all at a healthy weight but the people who came in at 9:30 were all overweight and waddled everywhere.
