They kept acting that way with the Chevette and kept saying it was illegal. Despite me telling them it was street legal, they kept bothering me until I send them a picture of the inspection and registration stickers.
Spent the day at a fish Auction. Made a couple hundred bucks and got rid of most of my tanks and fish, still have two tanks running though.

I did not hear of anything in Vegas besides the one wacko who killed and burned the body of his on and off girlfriend because she called him lazy.
Sure but we looked over the hoa real well before signing. Nothing was to far out. Its a small development and roght now the hoa pres works for the builder. Once the 19th house is sold the hoa is turned over to us and we then elect one of the home owners as pres. Its already been established that the current hoa agreement is being torn up.
Already tested the waters with the current pres regarding some work we are having done in the yard. We have to submit plans on whats being done as part of the current agreement which i can understand. The builder wants to sell lots/houses and want the development to be appealing to potential buyers..blah blah anyway we submitted the plans and this talking head starts making "suggestions" i cut him off and basically told him to take a walk im doing what you see on the plans and if he even thought about making an issue i be sure to let every drive by "looker" that stops to talk exactly hoe i feel about the development. Lol he said he couldnt wait for the 19th house to sell hahah
Some nut shot and killed someone on the strip and then holed himself up in a double decker bus until he was talked out and persuaded to surrender by police.
