Lep how big is the ponytail?...I have a smaller, bonsai type and a large one that used grew to about four feet tall before it died down.

Its pretty small man. :/

Ill have to snap a pic of my hawaiian woodrose baby plant. They are a nightmare to start from seed but mine sprouted right up!

Gotcha - Yes, they do do that. Sorry about yours!
I have one that is pretty short (1 1/2 feet or so, but the base is the size of a watermelon.
Yep,the base on mine is bigger than a basketball and it looks like it never even had a trunk at this point..There are a few sprouts growing out of it now but none of them are near the center where the old trunk was.

Anyone have Rabbit problems?

My wife transplanted a potato plant and days later it was gone with just shreds of leaves left behind. Then she also transplanted a pepper plant from the other house and branches of it have been broken off. I have seen a rabbit in our yard early in the morning.

How would you fix a problem like this?

I personally like them like that - funky!

Hawaiian woodroses ARE easy from seed, but they have to be fresh.

Really? everything I had read was they where hard unless u nicked em and all that crap. I didnt know about that. only one of 5 are up but i still count that as a win.

The fact that you have or at least know HWRB makes me wonder what else you have.

A shotgun.

22 short. or 22CB. He will never know. Seriously, I shoot those in my basement and they can be shot out of a standard 22 bolt action

SIMPLE: Fencing. Just sink it a few inches so they don't squeeze underneath. (Chicken wire, not plastic.) You can even fence in the whole "garden" area.

I do have a rare and unusual plant business - so I collect a lot of plants that are much rarer than that vine. What's the "B" after HWR ?

My misspelling. lol. HBWR is correct.
