well I will chime in, you could say I collect antique tanks because when I see one I buy it even if I wont set it up right away. I have quite a few things in my basement that I have mass acquired so I can't take picks but here are a few

this will be my showcase betta walls when I do my fish store, they date back to the 1950's and came out of a hardware store in rural sask., it will be so cool when I set it up as the fish will be able to see the one beside it and it is rewired to run all six tanks of a single plug.

I also have a few other ones, like this one that I got from a guy who was about 70 who had had guppies in it since he was like 12 or so. had quite the story behind it and came with a killer antique stand.

Hey, I have 8 metal framed aquariums like that as well! My LFS was going to throw them out so I grabbed them for free. They have a little bit of rust on them on a few of the corners but they cleaned up just fine. I didn't realize they were that old! I am using one for superworms, another one for crickets (to feed my bearded dragons) and a third for poison dart frogs (eventually).

I have a little 2 gallon ,Meta-frame, stainless frame with slate bottom.

My 240 was custom made in 1978 for my neighbor and has been in continuous use ever since, with the exception of 1 week during the move from his house next door to mine.
