you stated you are too lazy to do bigger waterchanges, well once that python you ordered comes in--it will make bigger changes that you need very easy--
cant get much easier. in fact, the only easier thing would be get rid of the tank! haha

I dont think anything will help except lots of growing up. If you want your tank clean ask you dad to do research and take care of it. All of these questions have been asked by you and awnsered by us way too many times. At some point you have to make the decision about if you even can care for any animal. You obvioulsy have lots of time on your hands time but your lacking on the common sense and long term memory needed for this hobby.
FYI you can hire adults to do this for you if you want to keep the turtle just ask your mom to look it up in the yellow pages.

But he asks the same questions over and over and seems to understand even less the more he asks. I mean he has the drive but not the maturity.

So don't look at his threads or bother to answer his Qs then. Like I said before, at least he's trying. I have seen way too many kids keep pets & not care for them or do the very least necessary, while they wallow in filth & die terrible deaths.
i too was chastised for pointing out how many threads this kid makes on the same topic (in the reptile section). but some points for a cleaner tank
-get gravel. it will hide the waste until your next weekly 50% water change. (your doing the water changes right?)
-the python you're getting will make water changes so simple it will be a crime not to do them
-get a canister filter and set the intake so it is touching the stones on the bottom of your tank
-you may want to also get a powerhead and angle it so it blows water towards the intake of your filter
