Overflow doesn't have the holes for return nozzles (Help)

I like fishguy's idea best of drilling on the side of your tank, but do one for each side of your overflow. I went ahead included some pictures for you to "get a sense" and idea of how the plumbing would run. Believe it or not I don't have one of my bean set up in the overflow and will try to get one (these were what I already had on hand). I will tell that I did not always use "best practice" (i.e. avoid 90 angles at all cost, etc.), but I was willing to compromise some performance for the clean looks...I'm shallow LOL... I got help from my bro-in-law but I learned a lot hands on. It's hard to explain everything in pictures, we can talk live if you want and I can discuss the parts that are/could be relevant to you. But this is what I did below. I'm swamped today (at work) but will leave these with you as food for thought for some ideas...or you can decide to have none of it :-)

The first 3 pictures give you an underneath view of some earlier pictures as had running the herbie/beanan set-up to the sump.
The third picture actually shows how the third dry stand-by will go directly to sump pump, which I purposely did to cause bubbles in the return (I tested this).
The forth picture just gives you an idea of what the returns would look like with locline (especially if you decide to go with drilling the side of your tank - fishguy's idea).
The last picture are the actual hole sizes for your bulkhead, in case you are looking to drill the holes

Wow awesome setup!! How big is your tank?

My quick question for u guys, so I drill the 2 holes for returns and do i make a "Y" than connect to my pump
And for the 3 holes in my overflow I make it all drains?

The overflow you dont want just drains, you need them set up in a specific way. A few pages ago I gave a link, that will help you set it up perfectly. But for the rest of it, yes. Split the return most of the way up and run it to the two holes you drill.

You'll never find a "Y" to split your hoses, just use a tee. Make both sides equal length so you get a good even 50/50 split of water flow

Thanks guys, it's still WIP.

As others stated the Y or T is fine. With the Jebao12000, I feel you may end up not needing to run at max level even with head considerations.

I just noticed the side with overflow also has the black tint which will hide any plumbing from the other angles which is good else you could put it on yourself but no need now.

So I'm thinking something like a football goal post for you PVC/braided tube. I would "T" it right at the bottom of the tank below the overflow. This will free up space below the stand and allow easier work access. The other end would run to your return pump. That's the pvc you see running above my sump. You don't have to run like that to the pump but you get the point I think.

Drains: If it were me, I would do one full siphon with a gate valve, second with likely trickle as you adjust flow or it compensates for varying water flow. The third is the tallest pipe and completely dry. I would include ball valves with unions where you think it would make sense for possible maintenance.

My pictures has what you will essentially plumb. But ignore the pipes you see running from one end of the tank to the other - that is for closed loop circulation and not relevant. Your setup will be a bit simpler and cleaner.

The idea was drilling 2 holes of the overflow but after watching a video last night "Coreal Reef Tank Jackson" the reef guy did plumbing to a 5x3x3.
My first idea was to drill only 1 hole in the middle and use a dual return....

Would the flow be efficient even with 1 dual return?
