thanks and I know this but im in no finacial place to be going to the doc and up here they are dumb a's I have no job and 40000 in medical bills!

So getting stung was not the fist bright idea you ha:ROFL::ROFL:

I have like $10,000 med bills from car accident so I know how that goes

i wanna hear the story of how u got stung!

where u drunk or high? did someone dare u to do it! was their a special girl in the room u wanted to impress?

i had a bunch of friends come over once all were $hit faced. right away one of them went to my ray tank, stuck his hand in and tried to grab one! me and another friend tackled him and he got thrown out. he was lucky that my rays are very docile. they care more about whats in the substrate then a big hairy hand coming down on them.

you need to go see a doctor..... dont be stupid if any part of it broke your skin you need to have it looked at

Incase you did not see one of the other 10 post asking.----------------------------------------------picture please

if u already have 40k in medical bills whats another 2k at a ER room to have them look at it! ER's CANNOT refuse service to someone, just tell them to BILL YOU.

haha and yes im not dead! and I will be fine! I cut the dam wound open with a razor blade and used a mag. glass tolook for small pieces and cleaned with alcohol im fine@!!
 really? You just created a better chance for infection then the original sting gave you. Keep it clean, keep it out of the tank (microbes from the tank can be introduced into your body through the wound, and you can introduce your microbes into the tank) and keep an eye on it. If above normal redness, swelling, or irritation occurs I would go see your doctor as some of the toxic sheath may still be in the wound (it's possible to miss it, even with your awesome magnifying glass examination) causing necrosis.

On the other hand ( pun intended) you could just not worry too much about it and regard it as an occupational hazard.
Your wound will let you know what to do. If it isn't hurting, throbbing or burning then you are probably fine as part of the toxin hyper affects pain receptors. If the wound starts to smell "off", well, that's just gangrene..don;t worry :) Clean it well and slap on some neosporin and have a nice day
