pairing big angels ?!!

my way in changing water is that i keep a 25 L tank ready with filter and heater going on and i keep another one with a new water and leave it for 1 day .. next day i change 2 or 3 liters from every tank from the25L tank which is ready and going on ( with some guppy fish as for bacteria going on ) so when i am finish with changing water from the 25L tank i re-fill it with the 1 day old new water and so every day :)
 
i got amazon - Elodia - umbrella plants 2day they are cool .. and i planted them in a small containers i ll upload pics soon .. and they look cool :)

the angel pair is doing things so strange .. the female spent alot of time standing upward and some times stand just under the water surface with an open and close mouth action ... i am trying to post a video but youtube refuse to upload don't know why ..
 
when fish go to the surface and open and close their mouth..like they are gasping for air that means they are not getting enough oxygen which is essential to life..i am not saying this is what is happening..but it does sound like it..the plants are great....also when ever you buy plants not only a good idea to rinse them throughly in clean water but even soak them awhile.. the reason is the plants could carry a parasite from the store and the other tank/fish... lots of things lay eggs on plants.. including things you do not want.. just a tip...
 
yeah but the airstone works great and the surface of water is moving plus i do a daily water change ..

I just want to let you know...that also it could be plain old stress causing the angels to open and close their mouth... they are always being bothered... lol...lately... leave them be and from a distance keep an eye on them... they need peace and quiet.. i think that may be the biggest thing going on...
 
i am leaving them alone in a 55 L tank and i am covering the front and left side and bake so they are totally alone and the right side faces the empty part in my room so nth is bothering them from me lol .. i am feeding them blood worms and guppy fry ..

i got w new smaller group of angels 2day they are little cute guys with one of then high tails .. they look cool in between the plants

BTW how the amazon plant reproduce i mean new branches will grow .. i meant by asking that the 5 pieces i got 2day will by more or will be just the 5 .. ?

let me get this straight now... you have a breeding pair in a 55gal..and nothing else?? i think whats messing me up is your talking liters and your talking about different tanks..lol my hubby just looked at your pics and he says everything looks right and good...
