Wood outside! Maybe I am a little slow tonight, blood must have not returned to the brain yet....

if your going to for the garden look u should just let ivy grow over evrything.

Hardwood that is sealed will last long after the location of the 100 gallon tank...
It is setting on 12 cinderblocks and the wood part is just hiding the blocks...

wood roofs a cedar, would take what 50 years for it to rot, if at all. Everything else is either steel, pressure treated, etc! Plywood wont work. Sealed yes. Its to late, I need a nap

Well that and the "safety meetings" I missed...

note to self:NEVER leave counter sinking bit in drill standing where you cannot see it...

I managed to impale myself with a brand new counter sinking bit, by kicking it with my shin...
I got up off my stool to look for my 18vt cordless and I FOUND it!

went to the ER this AM at 4:00 to get a much needed tetnus shot and X-ray...

Dr said

"yup, it went clear to the bone"
and
"how did you do this again?"...

We agreed that stupid is supposed to hurt...

After a bead of LN's was run on the top front edge, I laid the bamboo and rolled it into the adheasive, using the trim as a straight edge for the bottom...
I tacked some brads in place to secure it while the adheasive cures...

I set the 1/4 round and the outside corner moldings in place for an idea of what it'll look like...:headbang2
