Not an expert but clearly lots of time on my hands.

I’d check the water and make sure ur number are good. Check the appearance of the poop. Also see any aggression from the pbass to the oscars. If water is good then don’t worry. If poop is white and stringy then feed some hex shield. If it’s aggression then you’ll have to separate. Once separated the pbass May beat on each other and need more pbass to offset that. Which means a bigger tank. Check those things and get back to us.

I don’t recall but are u using a dechlorinator? I try to separate the fish at this point. Keep an eye them and try refeeding. When you say worse what does that mean?

Yes, I use a dechlorinator. Cant separate due to not having a separator thing. By worse, I mean that he is just laying down and he swims a little bit. Even worse news both are having white poop. I just finished doing water changes for my 3 tanks. Cant separate because 10 gallons has guppies and 5 gallons is heavily planted so he won't be able to move.
 
Parasites
If they are still eating get them hex shield. If not dose metronidazole.
At that point that the fish are laying down and not eating it usually doesn’t end well in my experience.

Add some api general cure for now. Keep the water clean. Try refeeding. Can mix with garlic. If eating then feed hex shield.

Grind up garlic and get the juice. Soak the food in the garlic juice.
