Extremely nice job on the background. I wouldn't have noticed the black screens if you hadn't pointed them out.

What did you end of doing with the Oriental Rug issue?

I'm keeping the rug under the tank and I'm going to level it with metal (stainless steal) spacers under each vertical "leg" 5 total + one more over the rug area. The stand will be lifted about 1/4 inch off the tile everywhere except the 1'X1' rug corner part. The corner part that's on the rug will get a small spacer that will compress the rug and possibly ruin it? It will be a small 2"X2" area, I'm not worried about it.

Hopefully this works!

I think I'm going to fill tomorrow........
 
It's filled and nothing has shifted or fell apart? I was worried about the buoyancy of the background but it seems to be holding.

There's also pic's of the overflows spilling into the bio tower :headbang2

Huge circulation but real loud lol. Now I gota work on that waterfall noise!

I'm hoping the algae growth will cover and blend all the patchwork I had to do, crossing fingers.
