There is hardly any information on FRT diseases. I've search everywhere on the net and manage to find this forum. I manage to get more info. from this forum that any site that had FRT care info.

That's what we noticed as well :(
Lots on FRT husbandry, diet, environment etc but hardly on diseases

The FRT is now back to the bottom. But still has a bit of floating problems. It makes it to the bottom but the its behind semi floats up. Also it has not been eating for the last two days. Is there a way i can force feed it?

probably it is too stressed out to feed. it should be able to last without food for up till around a week or more. once it is hungry, it will start to feed. dont have to worry.

Did you call the vet?
Did the vet say anything?
Do you still have medicine for it left?

Leave it alone. It could be feeling full or suffering from indigestion (gas)

Btw for the past few days, did it poop?

Yes i called the vet first thing in the morning and explained what has happened. The vet said the antibiotics his given me will pretty much treat all the problems that the FRT is experiencing. He also said it will be a long process up to 6 weeks. I still have plenty of meds left for it. But pretty much he said there is nothing else he can do. I just have to continue with what i am currently doing. It pooped like 3 to 4 days ago. But i checked this morning and it is suffering from urinary infection as well. I keep on finding new things everyday. I swear this FRT seems to have all the bad luck!!! I gave it another injection shot today so i just hope somthing good will happen. Im just thinking it aint eating enough cos underneath its shell is starting to cave up.

upturn shell is caused by too much protein.
Actually I think yr FRT have all the problems just that you are just seeing the symptoms right now.

Just feed it lots of plant matter and for pellets just stick to hikari algae wafers or nutrafin pellets.
 
not all problems will appear at the same time. some appear faster while others slower for us owners to take notice.
