Aquarium co-op - is well known... how about that....

Those wimple are in my basement ?

It's funny to me that with the variety of fish you guys have access to in the U.S compared to us that you still want what you shouldn't have, it's just human nature I guess.
You got that right. I want freshwater stingrays, piranhas, and snakeheads. The government says I can’t and it makes me want them more. Asian arowanas too even though I can’t house one.

Since you are relatively young (I think?) you should take a holiday to Australia!. I will happily take you to any fish shop. Once you see what's on offer you will go back to America ready to thank your government for what you have access to, I guarantee.

I thought you could keep freshwater rays there or is it a state by state thing?

It is a state by state thing and I appreciate the offer oopd sir.

If American fish keepers were to visit Australia then I believe the consensus would be “the fish we have access to are nice and we should be grateful but the lust of the forbidden fruit tantalizs us no matter what”.

It should have said “good sir” sorry about that, new phone.

Yeah, don't. Keeping illegal fish just isn't worth it and technically this discussion isn't even allowed at all on the forum. Stick to the legal stuff and you can still have fun without the fines...
