i know that ansorgii are one of the biggest bichirs.

The only discrepancy is the one you are simply making up.
You like to run off museum and universities and their research like you are somewhat involved in it. Let's face it Darius, you are not.
Full of "Scientific facts"' but you seem to not back it up with any reference.
I am fairly certain that in recent years, scientific researchers do indeed have their hands on PO. Polypterus Ansorgii. Prove otherwise. Sure there may be some institutes that don't have them in their possession, but there are many many institutes that have.
Prove me wrong.

They are very same fish as the wild caught specimens you see people have in their collections here on MFK.

Why not provide some back up along with your "facts and findings"? Until you do that you are just coming across as someone who suddenly appears here asking questions about Polypterus, then suddenly having this mass advanced knowledge of the fish telling those of us that have been discussing them here for years, we are all wrong, you are right.

Well, sorry to tell you this but are you blind? Can you not see NOBODY here is taking you serious until you have some kind of evidence to back your theories up.

Your attitude toward everyone that corrects you (or tries to) is just making you come across as a smug know it all, who actually knows not so much.

Back on topic, here is an old pic of an baby Endli a breeder friend gave to me that had been kept in a bare breeding tank (WTT).

Looks like the OP'S "plats" right?

Well two weeks later this fish died after getting bullied by a slightly bigger Delhezi.
Before dying however, he was brown. As brown as any normal CB Endli.

OP, nice babies, but ill pass thanks. Looks like WTT to me, not Platinum.

Thanks all for the Sugesstion: if there have any one say that's is not a platinum,so can you share to me What characteristics of "Platinum" series??

Your fish are jus washed out, basically given a white tank treatment. Put then on darker substrate and you will see them darken up considerably. Platinum are completely white, and will stay white no matter the substrate.

+1

Oh i see.. that's your opinion after see the picture . i think you have a different opinion after see the original fish.. because as my experience export several platinum Series in Japan and other country they have no claim, of course our customer or collector will see and examine any fish on the purchase, they do not want to pay a premium for fish that is not the kind of platinum .so what do you think ?? :D

Hi.
The last photo is a Platinum. Very different to your Ansorgii, which are not.

Did you import the Ansorgii from Japan?
