TGM, what you do is marketing and not science. P ansorgii does not match a single point to be called a species. His internal and extrenal anatomy is exactly identical to Pbb. His colors are also almost the same, even the facial markings are identical. He can mate with no problems with Pbb and creates fertile offsprings. He is merely a local color morph and at best a subspecies. Since evry fact speaks against an independend species i would like that you show a single point that would suggest its an independend species. I understand that you earn money with that so you need to make up normal things to something special. I would suggest you to read some literature about the topic so you can get some knowledge about the Cladistia. I would also send you some scources for that. Science is no magic, i encourage you to try it. :)

Darius your obviously passionate about the hobby, but frankly your telling one of the most knowledgable members on this site to read some literature? He's been doing this way longer then you have, I recall a thread a few months back where you insulted many members about their poly tanks because they weren't planted jungles, and when you were keeping an ornate in a small inadequate tank. Now looking at your recent tank, it's mostly drift wood based, which is good, and a few other threads asking basic poly questions, and tokyo even answered your questions, which is all fine it just shows you are learning still. So telling a highly respected member (especially dealing with polypterus) to read literature on the subject... It makes you look pretty bad.

maybe it's like how we all use to think the earth is flat.

Could be, his theory may be completely true, but the thing is, he acts like its proven science when he has no facts or sources, the guy who proved the earth was round didn't just start calling every one crazy and he's the only right one without having substantial evidence to prove their theory..
