polypterus delhezi and xenostomys nigri together?

Ok the i will take those, and what i really love about these 2 are that they cost only about 50$ combined. So they are Affordable and since they will be only about 2-3.5 Inches when i get them they should be fiiine? also if they are both males will they fight or will they be fine with a lot of hiding spots, And if they are a Male and a female is there a chance that i might have a tank full of baby bichirs, if that happens it might be a bad thing as there are almost no one that has a big enough tank for them or they have small fish and/or Aggressive fish. i have an 80 G and its literally the biggest tank around here like whaat. i know this last part is kinda long/unnecessary.
 
Chances of them both being males are slim, and I don't think there's too much aggression there. In fact my female sen is the occasionally nippy one :p

If they ever do breed, there is a very low chance of polys making it to adulthood in the tank. Even those who properly try struggle to raise them sometimes, so the chance is low there. Just keep an eye on them :)

well that fell flat since my LFS says the Del is aggressive to other bichirs. so niiice.
oof so any others YOU would recomend. I would like the knifefish but if they grow so slow i might not get em. Any Cichlids i could get that you know of. I am pretty new to bichirs. [if that was not clear]
 
Dels aren't inherently aggressive I don't think, may as well get two sens. Very calm and busy fish

My knives are big enough to probably never get eaten by sens. Just get the chunkiest ones you can find
