OMG, I can't believe this thread was here the whole time and I just made a brand new thread about Freshwater Morays. *SIGH*

Damnit!!! What a way to start Chinese New Year...

Lost an eel last night who must have found a small opening in the back of the tank to jump out of...

To make matters worse he was one of the bigger guys too...
 
I use silicone mats (99cents) cut into pieces and rolled tightly to fill all gaps around my tank top. Sorry, bro. At least you can replace easily locally.

Sadly not easily replaceable, just so happened there seemed to be a few shipments come in this season...

Now will have to wait till after the CNY holidays to see if i can get that last one at the store (if its not sold aready)
