^ how big is your big right now???

Coz my big guy came out for a swim, and along the side of the tank thats 24" he almost reached from one end to another, so guessing he must be about 16"-18" long...
 
Prob only 15-17". But we all think are fish are bigger than they really are.

Yeah, i guess the scarcity of them, and the price tag plays a big part in why they arent more popular...

Especially considering when most see a moray they automaticaly think its saltwater, and wih the commonly sold G.Tile being sold as freshwater morays doesnt help G.Poly's cause...

Well im happy to announce i now have 1 of 4 eels accepting FD Krill... Ended up placing it right at the roof entrance to his cave and he ate it... So it seems i will be hand feeding with my long plant tweezers till they get the idea to goto the surface for food...
 
Technically 1/4 way there, since only 1 of 4 are accepting Krill, the rest are not too interested...
 
Woohoo, got a 2nd eel accepting FD Krill, so now the two biggest ones will somewhat accept it, just need to get the two smallers one onto and i'll be good...

So yeah, now im quite literally half way there there :D

Also the store got 3 more small guys in, and when the shop keepers saw me, told me straight away about them...

I think they now realized that while i may dress like a bum, i'm definitely not shy to drop some decent money on fish i want...
 
Woohoo, eel number 3 now eating FD Krill... Just one who doesnt want to give in... But not giving up...
