^ over here there are a handful of stores i know of that are really good at locating + brining in rare exotic fish...

Infact, the same store that got in these G.Poly's also sold Channa Barca on at least 4 separate occasions, with 2 of those times them having 2 for sale at the same time...

All 4 eels now eating FD Krill, so thanks 888fish 888fish for getting me onto Tetras brand of krill!!!

As you can see from one of the bug guys, his color is really brightening up...

Wow, it worked! Now start adding Hikari Floating Food sticks to the krill mix. I also add Bio-gold +, but they split it out sometimes. -----I've noticed my larger eels gorge themselves one night, then don't show as much interest in food the next. They will start showing increased growth, particularly in girth in body and neck while still having that small head.

^ yeah, my plan is to try and get them onto Carni sticks next, but going to keep them on the FD Krill for one more feeding then try and feed carni sticks next week and see how the react to that...

Im just hoping by now they kind of worked out that whats at the end of the tongs is food for them, so that hopefully they will accept the carni sticks more readily...

Love the guilty look of an eel that took down a tetra some time before the tank lights went on...

^ I haven't fed them in 2 days... going to feed them tonight... but for the moment i'm pretty much sticking to hand feeding, since one of my eels in particular is a really aggressive feeder, while the others are a bit slow... so rather ensure they are all eating, then having one gorge itself and the others go hungry...

But i'll also admit is most likely my now sparse feeding schedule thats making some of them go after all the tetras in the tank...

The funny thing is they market it as Arctic Krill in Chinese / Japanese... So not sure if it actually is different to the Tetra Jumbo Krill that 888Fish recommended i try...
