predator cats for a 55?

Read several articles saying sun cats get to 18" long. Thats to big for a 55 in my opinion.

From what I've read, that is their absolute max size, but they don't often grow past the 10-12" mark. Kind of like how you'll read some articles that will say that lima cats get to 30"+ and others say they only get to around 12-16", ~30" is their maximum, but they very rarely reach that size.

you asked for predatory cats. doesn't get much meaner then that. would be the only fish in tank though.

You would put a fish that could easily grow in excess of 24" in a 55 gallon (which btw is only 13" wide)?

don't want to derail thread but in original post growout was mentioned. and i know the dimensions of a 55. the 125 would be more then fine for a fish that doen't move much.

and if they do get too big they could go in the 125 and the 55 could go back to the growout/hospital/impulse buy tank lol

Fill it with bumble bee cats! And the reason no cats can live in there is because there all too small to be predators
