Well after hesitating and hesitating, I finally shelled out $35.00 for a Python...

IT WAS HORRIBLE! I dont know what people are talking about! I have GOOD water pressure coming from my sink and this POS could not even suck up water. let alone try to CLEAN my gravel.

I am PISSED that I wasted so much time trying to set this thing up.

Even worse; I cut both hands in the same area of my palm trying to tighten the brass fitting.

End of story - Water was spitting everywhere around the sink, the dining room carpets wet, my hands are cut, I'm out almost $40.00

They better let me return it.

they won't,

did you turn on both facucets?<sp

I love it it makes my job so much better I am sure you are just using it wrong.

I dont even need to turn the taps on and it cleans my tank just fine

Sounds like user error. Mine works great, and my water pressure sucks.

I hooked mine up and had no problems. Mine leaks a little bit from the fitting but mine are both plastic so I can't get the exact "fit" I want. As long as I don't jerk on the faucet connector it won't come off or leak. You're doing something wrong.

Ive had that problem what i noticed is that the part that screws to the sink also screws to the adapter and if this part is loose you cant get much syphoning and loose ALL pressure also check theres a switch to turn the water flow on and off right by the piece that goes oin the tank a little bit up on the tubing that may be turned off.

you have to be doing something wrong... this thing is a life-saver. make sure everything is connected right. you dont need to tighten it to an extreme, i just screw it on with my hands and it's fine

something is wrong with yours
im using a 50 foot on a bathroom sink that doesnt ahve much pressure and it still cleans my tank great.
