Ram cichlids with ich

Its hard to get a good clean shot of the neons but you can see this one has 1 spot on his tail, and another has a spot on his dorsal. so right now there are 2 spots in the whole tank. tomorrow there might be 0 and then the next day ill see another 5 pop up.

Has it gone more than 5 spots. Eventually full blown ich. I’d consider switching to salt and heat. Since the med didn’t seem to work.

it used to be pretty bad but now its just a few spots here and there. How much salt should i be dosing per gallon?

I just battled ich last month. Bump temp to 86 and add salt. Gone in 10 days, no losses.

3 tsp per g. Or 3lbs salt per 100g. I’d divide out and add into the tank slowly in 24hrs. Add salt back in with every water change.

Ok and how often should I be doing a waterchange with this treatment. Bec I've been doing them daily while treating with IchX

they have no dots but they’re scratching themselves to subjects.
If it’s be good, how to use it?
I have plant tank 45 litr
