i heard that if you have live plants that are florishing, then you don't have to do waterchanges as much.

personally though, to me, live plants add a special taste to the tank, any size or shape

Low tech live plants.

Some live plants I just can’t handle when they die off in 3 days when I find out that they should only be in high light.


but i will always go Live > Fake

i think fake look good for awhile, but once they get covered in algae, they just look really, well, fake

so yeah, i always use live, even if the fish eat them almost instantly
