I'm not sure if the EPA is who you need, DNR sounds a lot closer, or Fish & Wildlife, also the FBI may have resources to answer your questions.

Who is the DNR?? forgive my ignorance..

I'd give the FWC a call. This guy selling this on craigslist might end up selling them to some person who might just release them when bored of them and then someone catches one in a canal and the media once again makes fishkeepers look like villains

Wrong, IMO...

It's because of people like this mess it up for the rest of us who might be able to take care of and keep more exotic/rare wildlife because they either dump their pet one day, or sell/give it away to someone who has no idea what they're doing and kill or release it themselves.

And to those making smart ass remarks to me, grow up. Unless your criminals yourselves, you don't need to adhere to the juvenile "DONT SNITCH" code. If you truly appreciate fish keeping, you'd understand the attitude about this.
