RTC Heavy Breating and Wont Eat

So you ever going to be cool with anything that I say on here? Im not loaded out the ass like some people so I am making a REAL effort on getting this set up, and atm he's 16 inches long im pretty sure he will be ok with 1200 gal pond for the meantime....and hes going to be the only one in there. Maybe further down the road when I have real money I can get the real (dream) indoor pond that I want. And from what i have seen on here there are people that have WAY smaller ponds with multiple RTC's and multiple TSN's in the same tank in lets say a 500 gal tank!

Then try and be better then those people.

Alright guys I know this is a horrible situation but could we at least try to help the poor person? It does not look like the RTC is going anywhere else so let's just do our best to help keep him alive until the OP can re-home it or buy a pond.

guys every1 ****s up in this hobby he knows he needs a bigger tank koo my advice is boost up filtration maybe get a power head for water movement nd to get sumn more junk off the aquarium floor and if your broke build him a 4 ft wide by 5 ft wide plywood with a single viewing window

Actually no like I said he is in a a pond atm and moving to a 500 gal for about 2 weeks while we get everything ready with the 1200 gal indoor pond. And Thank you for all your advise I really do appreciate it! And he wasnt even alive 2 years ago, I have only had him for like 6 months! Have a good night everyone. Ill talk to you tomarrow!

a 1200 gal pond is fine for an rtc for life. just keep in mind that when you decide to add fish, most will be fair game to be eaten and those that are too large to be eaten will be extra bio load, i say do a hydroponics set up in the room after the filter, to try to remove as many nitrates from the water as possible. i know exactly how much water costs when you start doing 500gallon per week w/c's

IMO.. i would suggest u jus save up for the 3000g pond n let him stay in ur fren's pond for the time being.. at least u dun have to rebuild ur capital.. personally.. every one has the right to keep the fish they like.. jus be sure we are able to house them and give them thier needs.. try to keep that in check and i am sure things will be fine..
