Rtc & Snc tank mates?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
i've kept a tsn and rtc in the same tank before, tank looks empty both are 14" to 15". decided to add an occelifer and niger cat they all are peaceful woth each other.

not really, but an earthen fish pond which my uncle owns, he sells barramundi and milkfish for living.

You can not over filter a big cat tank. my TSN hit 12" after only 3 monthes. at that point my husband and I realized fluffy was going to out-grow everything we had, and being in an appartment we where best off letting her go when we did before she got stunted. WE had hoped we'de be in our own place before she would outgrow anything we could keep in our appartment but it became apparent fast.

Bloodworms alone is really bad for fish. Fluffy got nightcrawlers, feeders, and anything I could get her to eat. just about any frozen/live food at my disposale.

Ok I measured this morning the best I can do is 9ft by 6ft indoor pound. And it can be how ever high. I was guessing 3ft. Would that do? I can't do 10ft long I don't have enough room.

Also earlier someone said my filtration on my 75 was bad. I have 2 70 gallon filters what would be better? And brand ect.

the ratings on the filters mean very little.. you need to look at the GPH and you want to turn over your water a minimum of 4 times per hour. more would be better. on a 75 gallon tank i would keep a minimum of 4 ATI hydro V foam filters. and if the inhabitants warranted it, i would add a fluval 405 canister. OVER filtering (according to their ratings, is better than doing "just enough").

It's built on a concrete slab. It's on the first floor of my house so I think I should be ok. I also added a 400 emperor filter to my 75gallon. So know it has 2 75gallon filters and a 90gallon.
