I've followed your awesome thread, I've acquired three satanoperca daemon for to complete my stock, I have kept five satanoperca jurupari.
I am so worried because my pH is about 6.8, but daemon seem to need lower pH, could you explain your setup and parameters

My pH is around 5.5. May not be low enough for them to breed, but they are doing well.

how do you sex them?

They have very different body shape - males are longer and thinner.
