dont think he even knows whata happening yet.

Was looking at flights/sailing to Amsterdam from newcastle today - would have been even more interested had I had a tank ready -but still keen!

Was considering looking for some 2nd hand tanks to buy now, then take more time over getting my proper setup done...
 
ide get the tank you want first, get it set up and running with no problems for atleast 2 months. get in the routeen of water changes atleast twice a week of 40% or like me every 2 days.
once its all settled, running nice with a decent stock of fish then start looking for a ray or a pair.

if you dont have a tank your along long way away from getting a ray so everyone who has them for sale now more then likely wont have them by the time your ready.

first things first, GET A TANK
then come back.
 
Sorry - didnt mean to give the wrong impression - i know they'd probably not be available by the time i'm ready. However, what I'm toying with is the idea of buying used for now, as I was going to buy a new 5x2x2. This was going to last me a couple of years, hopefully, until I invest in a bigger setup, when i've got the space.
 
I will be suprised if they are true hystrix surley if they were the suppliers would be keen to show pics of there actual fish going by how much they are in demand.

Just reading your Sig Angus - where are you getting your Hystrix from? Also where you getting your tank from?

And where in north east r u if you dont mind me asking?
