SO many people, groups, organizations, businesses, and GOVERNMENTS fit that definition.

I know of SO many other people that kill but I am not going to kill someone because it is still wrong.

Actually I'm a fan of him in so much as he makes it real obvious as to what's happening. If it get people to watch (which it has or they would have dropped the show) so now people know japan is flouting the whaling laws.

My personal tactic is to not by stuff with the made in Japan mark. Whaling and dolphin hunting would come to an INSTANT halt if the US simply refused Japanese product for import till it did.

You like your PS3, Toyota, Lexus, Stereo, TV, Computer........?????

Quote from PW on facebook...

"We can measure our effectiveness by the number of enemies and critics we have and the number of death threats we receive..."
I think he stole that quote from the whaling!

Some interesting articles posted in this thread, with some highlighting how the "world police" can't really do much at all to stop whaling... shame really...

PS3 and games are used so they made no money off me. Hate Japanese cars always have, currently in a Saturn soon to get a Benz. Stereo was used, TV was new though. So they did get a few hundred off me, next time they won't.

that article just say that he was a whaler that had to steal meat to make extra money. It proves my point.

The point that its acceptable to sell meat under the cover of "research" with officials turning a blind eye to it? With that logic its ok for poachers and illegal collectors to do what they do.

No one is killing in anyone or intending to do so.

Actually "Research meat" is sold on the open market as per the article legally. These guys are taking the choice bits to sell for extra cash. So the pretext of research is a complete sham. This is like the workers in a slaughter house taking the choice pieces and leving the chuck steak for market.

No one is killing any one, if the sea shepherds actually killed one of the whalers their campaign would back fire and they know it.

Japan had to pump 12 Million into the industry. Those subsidized workers could have been doing other jobs on the government dime. If an industry is non profitable and you have to lie to keep it going you really are doing something wrong.
