Seachem Stability: PUT TO THE TEST/blank slate (daily perams/pics)

Would it be a better or more accurate test of the product if I started with more fish? I have a 6" Jack Dempsey and 6" Green Terror that I wanted to include in this tank as well. Should I just begin with these four?

If it were me, I WOULD have no problem using those 4 fish and the standard dose of STABILITY...

...in the forums at SeaChem support, the larger dose that I read the SeaChem rep was using, was for 50lbs of live rock in 40 gallons of saltwater.

In the other link he stated 3x would be sufficient for most levels. So I gather that more than 3x is wasting the product.

The context in which they are talking about is OVERDOSE and the fact you cannot overdose STABILITY.
I however, have never used anything other than the amounts listed on the Label, and it has worked for me. I would consider my heaviest bio-load to be moderately over stocked.
Like I stated above, If it were ME, and your 4 fish in a 150, a regular dose would be fine and what I'd use...;)

water params are nearly perfect. im going to finish off the bottle and im done today! the water is crystal clear and the fish look really happy now. :headbang2

so would it be ok to start regular WC? im going to do my first on sunday... btw the bottle says you can add some after WC's would that be a good idea?

Yup weekly water changes now...
I only use it to start up a new tank and if I add a a
large amount of stock, to jump start the needed BB for the new load...;) :headbang2

bumpdate-

I haven't posted readings for the last several days because none of them have changed until today. Today is day 6 of using stability, tank 3 is still great, 0 ammonia 0 nitrite ~5 nitrate, tank 1 is showing .50 ammonia 0 nitrite 5 nitrate (prior to water change of 50%) and tank 2 has made the most progress, down to .25 ammonia, .25 nitrite (first time i've gotten a nitrite reading on any of these tanks) and ~5 nitrate.

So all in all I can't say whether stability helps, but it definitely doesn't hurt.

bumpdate:
day 10 , both tank 2 and tank 3 are solid amm 0 nitrite 0 nitrate <5 , tank 1 still reading about .5 ammonia 0nitrite <5ntrate. Continued dosing past the 7 day period on tank 1 (doing daily water changes also), did a proper filter squeezing from tank 3 into tank 1 so hopefully it'll 0 out soon and I can stop carrying water buckets for a while :)

During the initial first days of this products administration into the tank, do you avoid water changes? I assume that it would be counter-productive until the effects of this product has taken effect. I don't believe anywhere on the product does it say to do or not to do water changes.
