keep in mind, that these retailers will take said returned, broken items, and ship them back to the manufacturer. they will be fully reimbursed and the manufacturer takes practically zero hit, because most items are marked up well over 200% of actual cost.
don't suggest to get out of the hobby because it's expensive and we're trying to find loopholes to make it cheaper, it's not an option
and i've worked for more than one retailer, I know these things from experience.
