Basically just asking if any experienced poly keepers could tell me what sex my bichir is... I thought Male but not sure

Couple more pics... in the first pic I posted I understand why we would say female... but in some images the anal fin is extended out and looks thicker... maybe i just havto wait till the ornate gets bigger
Still looks female. At the base of the tail besides the tail being wider there will be a large muscle the area will look some what swollen all the time. Thats hard to see in pics. Also may not be old/big enough yet. I thought my male delz were female for almost 2 years.
