IMO, it does in fact need to be culled. This is the third HUMAN FATALITY related to this particular ANIMAL.

I was under the impression that its my opinion and not yours. Go play emo somewhere else and stop trying to instigate things.

The first time this whale was involved in a death, it was when it was untrained, fresh from the wild. Second time, some dude snuck into the pool at night and died from hypothermia and the whale played with his body. Third time, who knows, he could have been playing and underestimated his strength, or maybe he really was trying to kill. Under no circumstances should this animal die.

I'm an animal lover, if you've got a problem with that, stop talking to me.

You would think a guy would get back out of cold water. Unless something wasnt letting him.

one time this duck looked at me funny .. when quacked at me .. i saw this duck do this a few times in the past .. so i killed it .. should not mess with me .. i am a big bad human ..

you would not kill a duck for doing what ducks do .. you should not kill a KILLER WHALE for doing what it does .. its not the whales fault that we are little weak animals .. if we played with bears and sharks the same way we do with whales dont you think this would happen more .??

Couldn't agree more.

I read the story and that particular whale had killed 2 people before so heck why not a third maybe they give it time to make a dozen. Shoot no way would I go near that whale if I knew it had previously killed 2 people

likestofish: you would think that, but if someone was dumb enough to jump into a whales pool I don't think they'd be smart enough to get out. Plus those tanks are like 35' deep, maybe he couldn't swim.

megalops: whatever, say as you want.

Let the Orca live!
