i had 2 rays shipped to me, both DOA. they came in a box smaller than a shoebox, with some paper and small chunks of foam not even large enough to line the box with, and even in a single ziplock bag, no other bags. they were supposed to be delivered fedex with tracking, i received em by ups, no tracking, and was handed the box upside down. very upsetting, and this was from a mfk vendor, which i will only disclose to a MOD, if they want to blast the vendor's name so be it.

Thank you for not derailing this shipping informational thread. Simply naming the vendor will just get this thread closed, thus defeating the purpose of this thread which is to educate people. Whether they are an individual or vendor, we all have something here to learn for the benefit of rays.

I suggest you use the market place rating system to share your experience. Any and all future comments about the possible vendor from this point on will be edited or deleted, so please dont bother wasting your time or mine...

WOW! Ive received rays from some vendors here and were all packed perfectly!

That is just sorry right there! Id be beyong ticked if I were you!

Seriously... they were packed in Ziplocks?.... WOW... I don't even sell local with a Zip Lock Let alone ship with one...

Wouldn't the sandwich bag prevent the pack from getting oxygen causing it to be ineffective.

I was thinking the same thing.

i havent done alot of shipping myself, but ive heard ur not supposed to fill the bag w o2 too tight because when in flight the pressure change can break the seal on the bag...

any one have experience w this?
