Ouch! Sorry Alan that whole situation sucks. Those rays were offered up to me at one point. That's a real shame.

Damn shame, he was all about rays. First to hand feed and all.

I just can't understand why even send out a fish in that manor. I guess he really needed the money to do such things. But, anyways....

Sorry this has happened to both you and the ray, you have more than your fair share of bad luck...damn shame!

Sorry to see that al. Even after some rays I imported from brazil sat in bags for 72 hours due to a fish and wildlife mistake. They didn't look close to that.

Shawn had nothing to do with this if any of you are wondering. Haven't been on speaking terms with him for a long time, but will likely be seeing him soon in legal procedings.
 
That ray had zero chance of survival, it looks like a bad ammonia poisoning. Nonetheless, that takes days to develop, not a matter of hours. The seller knew what was going on prior to delivering it to the shipper. I am sorry for your loss man..
