Wow those are some horrible pics of a very nice ray. I was wondering about her being dead as I was looking at the eyes from the first pic posted.

Great observation. Wondered if anyone would noticed her blood filled eye...... This was present before she died.
IS this a sign of being poorly kept? One of the other rays is blind, I'm wondering if the whole "another ray crushed it" line was a joke, and that bad water caused this to happen to the rays' eyes? The timeline of which ray got what when all makes sense.
This guy had a Pearl that passed with similar eye symptoms. I could buy eye issues with 1 ray but why would 3 different rays all have similar eye issues?
Very interesting...because when I asked him about the pearl he told me he sold it sometime back. Just goes to show you trust no one.
I used to work for very large aquarium in the mid 90's and we used to import rays all the time. Even when the rays were in transport for 3-4 days, they never came in looking like this. This is absolutely horrible and uncalled for. In my opinion, this seller should be publicly outed for this.

No way a fish/ray could go this far south in that short amount of time.
Seller needs to be outed to protect all from future purchases....thats how the community stays somewhat safe from bs.
Only one large fish per tote...air pump etc. I like ur pump/filter floss idea...thats a rad one!

You guys are missing the point. Tax time's right around the corner..... If you want rays get them from people you trust or reputable members here. There's horror stories of people getting screwed all over but these pics should send the message home, it happens, be aware, don't let it happen to you. It's not good for the hobby or people trying to enjoy it. Some people have money on thier mind, some enjoy the hobby.
Like I said, seller's banned. If you keep rays you can figure out who it is. He's out for now so no need to worry about dealing with him, no need to out anybody. IF anything out the situation. Sob story, try to do the right thing, know better, still get screwed.
