Got lucky... I had 3 silvers one got destroyed by viejas under 5" , one jumped out 3" and my 6" one jumped thru a crack and my dog devoured it before I could get to it

My jardini is just under 12inch now his tankmates are 8 loaches feather fin catfish pleco,Cory cats,common sucking fish feather fin and pleco are big everything else is 2-3inches it's not aggressive one bit only thing he attacks are fire mouth and reflection haha.

Eats live food but takes a few days hates pellets look at them that's it. I feed him prawns that's the only thing he eats love lizards from the garden

Haha no need to rub it in. I can stuff the prawn with pellets but after a day or two he knows there is pellets in it to smart for his own good.

Lol... I actually buying it from a lfs flake and pellet trained there was a goldfish in there the whole time am fist eat it

Mine loves goldfish but only do it once in a blue moon. I will try flakes and see if he has a go of them. My pleco is about the same size as my jardini has it all over him pleco is the boss of the tank haha funny to watch.
