Siutations where a 40BR > 55Gallon?

Amateur, that .001 of a gallon either makes or breaks the bioload
lol it's not even remotely close to on-topic anymore.....it has become
an ABOMINATION!!
I asked "What situations......?" in the initial question and so far I have had to change the scenario numerous times to customize the question more specifically, yet I was the one asking for those "What situations......?"
Those situations I have had to re-create was what I wanted the community to tell ME.
lol Look at the initial question - I changed my words and variations of the question a bunch of times, but when I just stopped and realized I already thought-out the way I wanted to word the OP, it was already worded the exact way it was intended.
What the HELL happened between page 1 and page 9???
There never WAS a right or wrong answer, it was just asking opinions.
One other difference in tanks are 40g breeders come with the bottom glass untempered vs the 55g with the bottom glass tempered.
I think it was the mention of rays being kept that threw people off as neither size would be ideal
IDK man....it looked like a pretty straight-forward question to me. 90% of posters understood it.
