Meadows Pond in Queens NY. Slightly off the map for you but I know the DEC went to setting traps there to try to solve the problem, but it was kept more hush-hush than the Crofton Snakehead incident.
When you catch one, eat it. I had to see an animal die for no reason and they actually taste good. I have visited... Im still in Asia and they eat them over here.
