Did they have any type of copper sulfate?
The Aqua Care just looks to be a water conditioner.

the methyline blue has copper sulfate and aqua care is no ingredients list..

yes aqua care is a water conditioner..
here's the list in aqua care bottle.
1.removes harmful chlorine
2.neutralizes chloramine
3.creates clear water
4.buffers the ph
5.help fish to resist stress
6.detoxifies heavy metals

These arent the most useful ones. Why dont u get those one that u need for ick or ich. These are the best cure to ick for me. They work at most 2 days or least 8 hrs. Remember to turn off ur filter or take out ur carbon from ur filter or else it would be a waste of time. Hope this would help ^_^

sometimes he stay at the top of the tank near the air, ignored the pellets, and not very lively.. my problem is i don't have more stock of water thats why i can't change the water immediately, since we are using chlorinated water then i should wait another 3 days to remove the chlorine and change the water, i hope he can survive till i can able to change the water.
I would suggest you stop feeding for a few days & you can do water change using chlorinated water but add in dechlorinator.. Buy a good brand of dechlorinator too, not those cheap ones.. You will know which to get just by their price difference.. Then continue water change daily & add aquarium salt, 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons of water.. If your tank is 30 gallons then add 6 tablespoons of salt for every water change routine that you do until you see improvement in your fh.. Don't even need to add meds to cure ich/ick/whatever you call it.. :)

Btw, even if you don't use dechlorinator, why wait 3 days?
Chlorine in the water will get evaporated in 24 hours time..
But don't confuse chlorine & chloramine.. To remove chloramine you will need to add dechlorinator..
This is the brand I use:

& you might want to get a heater for your aquarium if you haven't already bought 1..
Then bump up the temp to 32°C / 86°F so your tank get a constant heat temperature..
& get a submersible thermometer too just to check on the temp because sometimes the heat produced by the heater is not accurate & you might need to adjust accordingly.. :)

Just a FYI - Nutrafin Aqua Plus does NOT remove chloramine. (yes, I know what it says on the label)

What it does is break the chlorine/ammonia bond, leaving your bio-filtration to deal with the resulting ammonia spike, which can vary depending on the size of the water change, and the mg/l of chloramine used by your local water municipality.

Any updates? How is it going?
