I got out a couple weekends ago...when my printer is off the fritz we will have more pics!

I have done a different type of spearfishing.I did it a lot of times when I was in the Amazon. We would do it at night with a powerful flashlight(mine of course) and stand up in the canoe and throw a spear. It took time to lean how to throw it just in front but not to much and learn about light refraction. As soon as you get it right,It's a blast.I will try to find a pick.I have all my pictures up in storage in my house.

Hey Fleshy,I had smoked Pacu in Bolivia.I caught a 20# and one of the local woman said she would smoke it for dinner. She cut it up and put it in a large piece of green bamboo and smoke it in a half in closed rock oven.It was awesome.

I have smoked pacu myself...its quite the delicacy. I cant wait to have it again. :D

i use a hawaiian sling in the bahamas they are way more fun then a gun or pole spear if you can get close enough to the fish you have more range then a polespear but not near as much as a gun. i dont really have any good pics because the only thing i shoot are hogs and none have been very big.

Hey...that doesnt matter...I love my RA guns...havent ever used a sling.

I have pole speared though.

Pictures are welcome, all sizes of fish!
