almost dosnt look wide enough tho :grinno:

Tank is 7 X 2 X 2 and I will NOT keep a LMB for Life in there. I have a lake about 75 yards beyond that tank once I go out the door you see to the right of the tank.

Are you think about release your LMB in the lake?

That's where they will come from, so it will be more like a parole! LOL

Ok just make sure you dont release LMB from your aquarium into the lake.

Not trying to be negative, but will there be other fish in that tank from other sources?? Have you thought about maybe the LMB being infected with somthing, from the other fish, and then introducing that to the lake in general??

There will be Peacock Bass from Miami and Rio Grande Cichlids from New Orleans, but if a fish is sick, I'm not going to introduce it to the lake.....I was just thinking if Room becomes an issue, I can put what came out of that lake back into it.....perhaps I'll do that before I introduce the exotics. After thinking about it.....

Everybody has to do what they have to do, You would be surprised how many times ive done somthing without thinking that later i regretted, (Or maybe you wouldnt be surprised :) ) at any rate, my comment was simply to get you thinking and it worked i think. Most all folks want to do what is right but never stop to think. Thank you for listening with an open mind.

No it makes perfect sense....I rail against introducing invasive species to that fishery, I hadn't considered disease. I appreciate you opening my mind to the fact that living organisms I might not see with my eyes can also invade my fishery!
