I have a 350 gallon...With a emperor snakehead, jaguar cichlid, peacock bass, wallago catfish, 2 silver arowanas and a endlecheri but i wanted to keep the ray in my 5 foot tank for now will that be okay? It was a 1600 Dolphin canister filter running with a bottle filter on the inside and i do water changes every second day on itThat's a real beauty! Definitely some motoro blood, but possibly some other genetics as well. Best care is big tank (300+ gallons), big filtration (k1), and lots of food (tilapia and shrimp). Keep temps around 80-82, and lots of big water changes.
I have got some baby peacock bass in the tank about 3 inch each...Temp is at 84-86 is that too hot for the ray?Yeah as long as you keep water ultra clean
You should be ok.
I find rays prefer several smaller meals a day instead of one bigger one, a temp of around 80 is good.
Foods: high protein pellets, crayfish, shrimp, mussels, snails, with some fish is good
Probably be ok, as long as the ray isn't big enough to eat the p.bI have got some baby peacock bass in the tank about 3 inch each...Temp is at 84-86 is that too hot for the ray?
Wouldn't he have to catch them 1st? Cause P.Bass are super fast?Probably be ok, as long as the ray isn't big enough to eat the p.b
