So what should my bottom fish be? Any sugesstions?

I like what both Stanzzzz7 Stanzzzz7 and fishhead0103666 fishhead0103666 suggested the Porthole or Corydora. A group of Corydora will look great foraging the bottom imo.

I think you want a variety of fish in your tank. My suggestion is 4 angels, 2 keyhole, 6 Corydoras, 12 tetras, 4 rams.

Keyhole Cichlid are voracious eaters. They will eat a lot of food and other fish will not get enough food.

monitor your water readings. Important to go regular water change.

If you wanted to then you could get a group of angels and raise them then seperate them by gender as you see the females lay eggs or males fertilize the eggs and only keep one gender.
That would fix the problem of mating, at least for the angelfish.

Oh mating shouldn't be a problem can I just scrape off any eggs? or like put a divider in the tank?

It’s not mating itself that is a problem. It’s the fact that the parents won’t lay down and allow other fish to eat their eggs. They will chase fish away from their eggs and possibly attack them if they get too close. If you get rid of one gender then they can’t breed and won’t get territorial over protecting their offspring since there won’t be any.

So I couldn't just have a divider or remove the eggs?
Nope, as long as you have males and females there will always be fighting over territory, mates, food, and protection of the eggs/young. If you have only males they will be much more mellow. Don't do all females as they will still have the same problems as a breeding pair will. A divider will only over stress all of the fish including the Angels, you would only cause more issues then what you would solve. A divider can also cause the hierarchy of the tank to go completely off balance resulting in even more fighting and possibly even death of some fish. And lastly removing the eggs solves nothing as angel fish can reproduce once every 2 weeks and continuous breeding can cause 1 if not both parents to die from over excursion.

oh, alright ill try to have them sexed. Can i start off with 10 and as they pair off just keep the males? so with 5 males and 4-6 keyholes is that a set stock or can I add 10 rummy nose or 10 lemon tetra?
