Stories as a customer,,,,
1- the ''fishlady'' tries to tell me ''the nickel'' in my water will kill all my fish.
( ? did she mean -copper- kills -snails- ? LOL , -->so does high nitrates)
2- ''fishlady'' asks me something new every time I see her,,
- how do you set up a pond?
- what is wrong with my goldfish?
- where do you work?
- how many tanks do you have?
- how big does this fish get?
( I feel like I should get paid to buy fish!)
3- this is no joke,
more often than not, when I go to buy fish employees give me attitude
-for example-
-{after I have been making direct eye contact for longer than 5 minutes, waiting patiently while they flirt!) ,, I say ''you ready to catch some fish?'' 'fishlady' says ''no." I say ''okay,.,.,., are you ready to catch some fish?" 'fishguy' says " I guess." --- so fishguy is taking forever (1 hour+) to catch the fish, while 'fishlady' uses me like google, probing for quick answers and sucking all my hard-learned info. ( what happened to asking the customer ''Do you need some help?'' )
- they make ''ugh'' and ''pshhhhh'' sounds the whole time they are ''helping me''
- they know I am there to buy fish, yet they ignore me and I have to ask if they are "ready to catch some fish?'' every time!
Stories as an employee---
customers have said the craziest things
1- "can I put nemo (saltwater clownfish ) in this goldfish bowl?"
2- "I bought this ($0.12) feeder from you and it died, can I have a refund?"
3- "why do all my fish die?'' ( where do I start? hmmmmmm. )
4- little kids say "Nemo!" at least once a day.
5- some kid yells "Nemos dying!" his mom glares at me ,like its my fault all the ''tank raised'' clowns came in with ick. jeez!
6- Some angry guy with something to prove says "you know fish dont have feelings right?" ( ummm, do I have to answer that )
The list keeps getting bigger!
